Madison on the River

We loved our stay at Madison on the River! The property has everything we need, and you can't beat the beautiful mountain stream in the backyard. This is our 3rd year staying at this property, and we will definitely be back again!

Beautiful condo with 3 minute walk to the town of Frisco! Furnished with everything you will need for a great stay. Loved the view of 10 mile creek in our backyard!

Great location! Walking distance to town. The house was perfect. We loved the fireplace and comfy beds. It was fully stocked, we appreciate that! Host was very accommodating and responsive.

We had an amazing stay here! Normally vacation rentals look better in photos than in person, but this was the opposite! The cabin was even better in person and absolutely perfect for our family of four.The location truly can’t be beat. Backing up to the little creek was so peaceful and magical, and it was an easy walk to town and the park, which made everything incredibly convenient with kids. Frisco itself was such a wonderful surprise. A charming town and the perfect central location to easily explore Breckenridge and other nearby mountain towns.Management was fantastic and incredibly responsive. We had a minor coffee maker issue that turned out to be total user error on our end, and they were still ready to have a replacement delivered within minutes. That level of care and attentiveness really stood out.This was our first time visiting Frisco, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly mountain getaway.

This is a great place to stay. The creek is right behind it and all the scenery is beautiful.Very convenient to town, bike path, I 70. Nicely decorated, all organized and labeled in the kitchen and baths, comfy beds. We want to come back for sure!
